An intense, briny, meaty and savoury nose with lightly medicinal peat smoke. Underpinning is some lovely fleshy white fruit, apricot, tangerine and with time some unsweetened pineapple, melon and herbal/grassy notes.
The palate is quite full and lightly oiled with rich apricot and a reasonable amount of vanilla oak. Lightly herbal and grassy with earthy peat and smoke. Long and continuing rich and oily with subtle medicinal, brine, peat, soot and citrus
