Botanicals include. Toasted oats macerated in the base spirit for 48 hours, juniper, apple, cinnamon, Demerara Sugar and Orange Pell.

The nose is totally dominated by the toasted oats and Demerara sugar. Subtle apple and even subtler juniper. With time there is a light grassiness.
The palate is a little lighter but like the nose dominated by the toasted oats. The apple is a touch confected and there’s plenty of cinnamon and Demerara sugar on the middle. Medium length with finally some juniper but it’s definitely an apple crumble finish.

Delivery outside the UK
