The nose opens with the classic distillery character of estery pineapple, apricot and barley. Subtle green tea and green apple notes emerge along with sweet dried sherry fruit and vanilla.
The palate is dense, and rich with oily apricot, apple, pineapple and vanilla. Again there are hints of green tea and sherried dried fruit along with a little tannin and malt. The flavours darken on the middle as treacle, sherry comes through. Long, herbal honey, spice and mineral/ stony notes in the finish. Beautifully balanced.

Delivery outside the UK
