100ltr Swedish oak (filled with 4yr ex-Bourbon maturred spirit) aged 9-11yr
100ltrs Ex-Bourbon (filled with smoke tails from 2010) aged 11yr

The nose opens with soft vanilla and grippy American and Swedish oak tannins. There’s plenty of mature barley, white chocolate, citrus, almond, sweet Gala melon and tobacco leaf. With time Darker roasted coffee, subtle smoke and mentholated herbs.
The palate tastes of the mines with minerals and citrus notes showing first. Fresh and mature barley follows along with hints of estery apricot and pear. Soft but slightly tanninc American and Swedish oak adds grip to the mid palate along with some subtle herbal and toasty/ nutty notes. All the while the intense minerality runs through it. Long and herbal with lingering barley, vanilla, soft wood spice and smoke. (tasting note from first release)

Delivery outside the UK
For all delivery destinations outside of the UK - although your order is not subject to UK VAT it will be subject to the local taxes and duties of your country.
