An initial hit of creamy vanilla and heavily charred oak. Very wood dominated with toasty/ nutty/ Bourbony notes. A touch of earthy barley appears along with honeysuckle, orange and youthful rose petal notes.
The palate also opens with the toasty/ charred oak and sweet corn-like notes. Hints of barley, honeysuckle, salt and earth appear on the middle. To be fair the coastal notes do clear away some of the oak. Medium length with hints of wood spice and lingering barley.
Water lessens the oak on the nose a bit and brings out salt, lemon and emphasises the honeysuckle. Late toffee. The palate is oilier and saltier. Like the nose the oak impact is lessens although it still shows vanilla toffee and it does bitter a little on the finish. Overall the balance is better.

Delivery outside the UK
For all delivery destinations outside of the UK - although your order is not subject to UK VAT it will be subject to the local taxes and duties of your country.
