Cigar Reserve 25th Anniversary
In 1986 Bernard Hine and Nicholas Freeman met for the first time. It was the beginning of a friendship that would eventually, lead ten years later to the creation of the Hine Cigar Reserve XO Cognac.
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Cigar Reserve XO Cognac and the friendship of its two creators, Hine and Hunters & Frankau have released this limited bottling. Eric Forget, Hine’s legendary Cellar Master combined the classic Hine Cigar Reserve XO Cognac (50%) with the exceptional 1986 Grande Champagne vintage cognac (50%) to create a Cognac of outstanding quality that also remains true to the original blend. It is a delicate yet complex cognac with a bouquet of fine tobacco, oak, sweet spices and white peach. The 1986 was selected as it was the year that Nicholas Freeman and Bernard Hine first
met.
Only 250 bottles of this celebratory cognac have been made and hand-bottled in Hine House, Jarnac. Each one has also been individually numbered by hand and the bottle we have at present is numbered 155.

You can buy online and collect from our Nottingham shop. Save on the delivery cost, pay online prices (which can sometimes be lower) and check your items are available before heading into town.

Your order can also be delivered to an alternative address such as a work address, just give us separate delivery and billing addresses at the checkout.

Delivery outside the UK
For all delivery destinations outside of the UK - although your order is not subject to UK VAT it will be subject to the local taxes and duties of your country. These charges are usually levied once the package reaches your country.
