The nose opens with fat corn and toasty/ marzipan oak. Subtle, dark rye spices come through with hints of earth and lghetr whisky-like notes. Very polished with late ginger, cinnamon, sweet violets and grilled nuts.
The palate opens with the grippy oak but softened by the sweet/ fat corn. Gentle sweet and bitter rye spices followed along with some toasty oak, dark rye bread, liquorice, violets and earth. Long, with the bitter rye spices winning out and a subtle herbal marc-like note to add intensity to the finish.

You can buy online and collect from our Nottingham shop. Save on the delivery cost, pay online prices (which can sometimes be lower) and check your items are available before heading into town.

Your order can also be delivered to an alternative address such as a work address, just give us separate delivery and billing addresses at the checkout.

Delivery outside the UK
For all delivery destinations outside of the UK - although your order is not subject to UK VAT it will be subject to the local taxes and duties of your country.
