Classic, acerbic and sour aromas of white fruit, smoke, green pepper and subtle spice.
The palate is a little fuller and oilier but still displays plenty of acerbic/ sour white fruit, green pepper and building smoke. Intense green fruit middle nd a long. spicy, peppery, smoky finish with a late sweet apple.
