An elegant, slightly floral, succulent and fleshy nose of apricot baked apple and vanilla. It displays a subtle, almost saline-like minerality along with notes of spice, macerated orange, fresh apple and hazelnut. Stunning depth and although it has a lovely maturity it also has a lovely freshness.
The palate opens with hiney coated baked apple and minerals. Breathtakingly complex with wood spice, wet stones, mature apple and subtle vanilla on the middle. Long, juicy, macerated citrus, chocolaty spice, fresh lime and tangerine finish. Lingering soft tannins and baked apple.
