A fresh and lemony nose with subtle wheaty spirit notes. There’s plenty of slightly sweet juniper and hints of mint, warm vanilla, fir/ pine needles and a late floral berry note. Very expressive.
The palate displays a greater emphasis on the vanilla and wheaty spirit, but it’s still well balanced by the alcohol. Hints of juniper, fir, green apple, earthy pepper and lemon balm. Good length with a pleasantly spicy finish and lingering lemon balm and vanilla.

Delivery outside the UK
