An intense, stony and earthy nose with savoury herbs, carrot top, raw swede and dry smoke. There is also an almost barley-like sweetness.
The palate is stony, mineral and soil-like which is balanced by the fleshy/ starchy fruit, pepper and dry smoke. Hints of under ripe banana, pear and citrus on the middle. Long, earthy, savoury, herbal and light coconut finish.

Delivery outside the UK
