The nose is fresh, herbal and citric with slightly bitter juniper, lemon, coriander, cassia, cinnamon and liquorice root. Wonderfully crisp and complex with earthy undertones.
The palate is like the nose – fresh and citric with earthy, slightly bitter juniper, cassia bark, cinnamon and liquorice root. It bitters quite hard on the middle but the slightly sweeter spirit character balances. Lovey spicy, juniper and barky finish.
