Nose: A lovely, vibrant, herbal, grassy and citric nose with hints of banana and milky sub-tropical fruit. Wonderfully fresh with a touch of lightly perfumed white fruit and pure vanilla. Quite charming!
Palate: Fresh, grassy and citrusy with pure vanilla pod and light sub-tropical fruit. Exuberant and fruity with late notes of barley and banana.
Finish: Long and fresh with the Sauvignon Blanc-eque grassiness lingering along with some creamy oak.
Conclusion: Beautifully fresh and very enjoyable.
