The nose opens with subtle, warm, herbal, stout notes, but the lovely, slightly tropical and barley'd spirit isn't overwhelmed. Slightly oily with creamy vanilla, apple, pear, malty spice and some subtle grain notes.
The palate is like the nose opening with the soft, creamy stouty, malty notes. The barley is subtler but apricot, apple and pear follows. The stout cask is possibly a little more dominant but it has a lovely malty mouth-feel and there is a little more grain as well. Good length with vanilla, spice and oily fruit finish. Slightly herbal grain after-taste.

Delivery outside the UK
