An herbal, astringent and woody nose with nettles, tobacco leaf, herbal spice, green banana and high ester/toned dried fruit and menthol. Slightly smoky with green peppercorn, mushroom, earth and a funky volatile kerosene note. Stunning!
The palate is herbal, edgy and almost Agricole-esque with high toned dried fruit, tobacco leaf, burnt herbs, pepper, mushroom and earth. Underpinning the funk is some lovely fleshy, tropical, melon, guava and apricot. Long, pot pourri and wood spice finish with astringent green peppercorn and menthol. Wow!
