The nose opens with the noticeable Cognac cask dried apple character followed by some sweet, rummy dried fruit, apricot, cinnamon, dark chocolate, vanilla, pepper, corn and roasted cacao nibs. Lovely balance.
The palate opens with roasted cacao nibs, charred ok, cinnamon and Cognac-esque dried apple. Subtle rummy dried fruit and corn on the middle along with some sweet chocolate and citrus. Good length with dried apricot, vanilla, chocolate mousse, marzipan, corn oil and sweet spice finish.

Delivery outside the UK
For all delivery destinations outside of the UK - although your order is not subject to UK VAT it will be subject to the local taxes and duties of your country.
