Lovely earthy aromas of dusty peat, sweet barley and a touch of vanilla. Salt and woody peat notes appear, and it develops a lovely coastal freshness. With time a touch of tangerine and lime appears along with some violets and malt biscuits.
The palate opens with the earthy peat, green pepper and subtle herbal, mezcal-like pulped white fruit. Bracing coastal, salty middle with some citric astringency. The peat becomes very coal-like on the middle. Long finish with returning Espadin-like white fruit, bog myrtle, dry peat and salt. In fact, lots of salt!

Delivery outside the UK
For all delivery destinations outside of the UK - although your order is not subject to UK VAT it will be subject to the local taxes and duties of your country.
